LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a strategic IT leader for opportunity with our client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to oversee their data analytics and decision support functions. As the Director of Data, you will lead a team to ensure effective data collection, management, and utilization to drive business insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic analytics roadmap.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and provide insights.
- Track KPIs and update senior executives on business intelligence initiatives.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Translate data trends into actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security.
- Manage multiple projects and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Evaluate and implement business intelligence tools and technologies.
- Promote a data-driven culture and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts and business intelligence professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years in business intelligence or data analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven strategies.
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI preferred) and data management technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
